"6/20/2024 (Live @ figure 8)" Now Available

"6/20/2024 (Live @ figure 8)," the new EP from Sophie Garrigus ('25), Rayo Daniel ('24), and Mercedes Dias ('24) is now available. The songs, written by the students, were originally created as part of Professor Vijay Iyer's Creative Music: Advanced Ensemble Workshop (Music 177) class in spring 2024. The students later recorded these songs and released them as an EP in September 2025. 

The EP contains three songs: "4.4" written by Sophie Garrigus, "On My Own" written by Rayo Daniel, and "Spit" written by Mercedes Dias. Bass and backing vocals were contributed by Devon Gates ('23) and Professor Vijay Iyer served as producer.
