DESCRIPTION:<p>This event is hosted by The Committee in Degrees in Folklore and Mythology and The Milman Parry Collection of Oral Literature, with support from the Department of Music.&nbsp;</p><p><span>Musicologists <strong>Vera Lampert</strong> and <strong>Viola Biró</strong> will introduce and talk about their work as editors of the recent Volume 10, </span><em><span>Folk Song Arrangements</span></em><span>, from the Béla Bartók Complete Critical Edition (published by Henle Verlag, Munich, and Editio Musica, Budapest).&nbsp; Selections will be performed by singer <strong>Ann Moss</strong> and composer-pianist <strong>Ketty Nez</strong>.</span></p>
