Join path-breaking singer Davóne Tines with pianist John Bitoy in conversation with innovative composer and pianist Vijay Iyer as they explore musical ideas of creation though live performance, improvisation, and examples from Ludwig van Beethoven to Alice Coltrane. Part of the [Boston Symphony Orchestra's festival of Creation](https://www.bso.org/events/creation), a two-week exploration of existential questions through music culminating in the premiere of *Creation*, an opera companion piece to Josef Haydn's *The Creation* commissioned by the BSO with music by Osvaldo Golijov, a book by David Henry Hwang, and lyrics by Leah Hager Cohen.
